[geda-user] list of all the extensions that gerber/bom export can create?

I just ran into a problem where the unplated holes were not present
in some boards I ordered. It was my error since I didn't zip up the
foo_board.unplated-drill.cnc file that gerber export generates. I always used
to just use vias, so I got plated holes, so I didn't know about this file.
I think it doesn't get generated when there are no unplated holes?

I guess its probably the same with other layers (beyond top/bot/gnd planes).

Where can I find a list of all possible extensions generated by export in
gerber and bom formats?
